In April 2026, Zenith Multi Trading DMCC signed a strategic Letter of Intent with Singular Aircraft S.L. It marked a calibrated entry into the fast-growing aerospace and unmanned aerial systems sector.
The proposed structure is an equity participation, with an indicative 51% allocation for the strategic investor. The allocation may be diluted depending on syndication and the amount of capital deployed.
The deal reflects the Chairman's investment thesis for 2026 and beyond: drone technology, autonomous aviation and dual-use platforms for agriculture, defence, disaster management and logistics.
