Hospitality real estate
The Chairman co-founds Plus Holding Ltd, a UAE real-estate platform developing a beachfront hospitality project on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
Abu Dhabi Global Market
Plus Capital Limited receives an ADGM Financial Services Permission, which it held until October 2025.
Le Méridien agreement
Three Musketeers Hospitality, a Plus Holding company, signs an agreement with Marriott International to develop the Le Méridien Al Marjan Island Resort & Spa, a planned 350-room beachfront resort.

With land values on Al Marjan Island rising fast, the Chairman chooses a better exit over years of construction: the project is sold to DAMAC, returning about five times the equity invested.
London
The Chairman moves to London, bringing the group closer to European markets.

The Letter of Intent with Singular Aircraft is signed in April. Zenith Global Ventures Ltd is incorporated in London on 1 October.
