Every group company is a separate legal entity. Each is registered in its own jurisdiction, keeps its own records and is responsible for meeting the laws and regulations that apply to it.
Where a group company carries on an activity that needs a licence or permission, it does so only while that licence or permission is in place. Where it is not authorised, it does not carry on that activity.
