A Letter of Intent with Singular Aircraft.

Dubai, April 2026. Zenith Multi Trading DMCC has signed a strategic Letter of Intent with Singular Aircraft S.L., marking its entry into the aerospace and unmanned aerial systems sector.

The proposed structure is an equity participation, with an indicative 51% allocation for the strategic investor, subject to dilution based on syndication and the scale of capital deployed.

The agreement reflects the Chairman's investment thesis for 2026 and beyond, centred on drone technology, autonomous aviation and dual-use platforms for agriculture, defence, disaster management and logistics.
